Axios Advisory provides financial advisory and related professional services including tax planning, audit & assurance, financial advisory, bookkeeping, payroll, and business consulting. The specific scope of services will be agreed upon in a separate engagement letter.
3. Professional Obligations
All services are delivered in accordance with applicable professional standards and regulations. Our professionals are bound by the ethical code of their respective professional bodies.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required to perform the services. We accept no liability for errors or omissions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be set out in the engagement letter. We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with your consent. This obligation continues after the termination of our engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, reports, and documents produced by Axios Advisory remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing reasonable written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
